I have an allotment on Ambleside redcar behind the lakes club our neighboring allotment has been left unattended for over a year .I have complained to the council about the weeds .I think they have contacted the person who rents it to either give it up or get it cleaned why has it taken over a year . And when someone gives an allotment up they again wait till it’s over grown till it’s rented out surely there’s a waiting list for people want ing an allotment
